"We stayed at Ashborne Guest House from the 9th of June till the 12th. We were given the annex which was perfect as we had an 8 month old puppy so we had the courtyard for Bailey to run around in. The room was great. Lesley and Robert are a great couple and made us very welcome. We felt as though we had known them for years. Breakfast was just too much, beds were comfortable and very clean, had great sleeps. Room very clean and cosy. Would go back again at the drop of a hat and look forward to next time we go to Sunderland partner there on business. Beach great for the dog just 5 minutes away."
